1. Who We Are

Hikko is a Salesforce consulting and staff augmentation firm, delivering implementation, staff augmentation, and AI transformation services to clients primarily in the United States, with delivery teams across Latin America (Uruguay, Argentina, and Mexico).

Hikko is part of the Haussa group of companies, which also includes Zenital, Delto, and Simple Studio.

• Group companies within Haussa, where necessary for shared business operations;
• Professional advisors, such as legal, accounting, or insurance providers;
• Authorities or third parties, where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Hikko, our clients, or others; and
• A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

Any third party that processes personal information on our behalf is required to protect that information in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

7. International Data Transfers

Because Hikko operates across the United States, Uruguay, Argentina, and Mexico, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than the one in which you reside, including countries that may have different data protection laws than your home country.
