Hikko ("Hikko," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights available to you when you visit www.hikko.com (the "Site") or otherwise interact with us.
By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1. Who We Are
Hikko is a Salesforce consulting and staff augmentation firm, delivering implementation, staff augmentation, and AI transformation services to clients primarily in the United States, with delivery teams across Latin America (Uruguay, Argentina, and Mexico).
Hikko is part of the Haussa group of companies, which also includes Zenital, Delto, and Simple Studio.
2. Who This Policy Applies To
This Privacy Policy applies to:
- Visitors to www.hikko.com;
- Prospective and current clients and business partners who interact with our sales, marketing, or delivery teams;
- Job applicants and candidates who apply for open roles at Hikko; and

This policy does not cover Hikko's internal employee data practices, which are governed separately, or the practices of third-party websites linked from our Site.

Information You Provide Directly
- Contact and demo requests: name, work email, phone number, company name, job title, and any message you include.
- Newsletter and marketing subscriptions: name and email address.
- Event registrations: name, email, company, and role, when you register for a webinar, tour stop, or other event.
- Job applications: name, contact details, resume/CV, work history, and any other information you choose to include in your application.

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and time spent on the Site.

Information from Third Parties

- Manage our sales pipeline and client relationships (including through Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Account Engagement);

- Service providers that support our operations, such as CRM and marketing platforms (Salesforce, Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot), website analytics providers, cloud hosting providers, email and communication tools, and AI tools (including Anthropic's Claude, used to support certain internal and client-facing workflows);
- Group companies within Haussa, where necessary for shared business operations;
- Professional advisors, such as legal, accounting, or insurance providers;
- Authorities or third parties, where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Hikko, our clients, or others; and
- A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
Any third party that processes personal information on our behalf is required to protect that information in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
7. International Data Transfers
Because Hikko operates across the United States, Uruguay, Argentina, and Mexico, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than the one in which you reside, including countries that may have different data protection laws than your home country.
Where required, we put in place appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children.
