We Sponsored Agentforce World Tour Mexico City: Here's What We Took Away (and You Should Too)

Hikko was at Agentforce World Tour Mexico City as a Bronze sponsor. Real conversations, real questions — and one selfie with the Volkswagen team that said it all.

On May 27th, the Hikko team showed up at Centro Banamex as sponsors of Agentforce World Tour Mexico City. It was a full day, long conversations, a packed floor, and a very clear signal about where the Salesforce ecosystem is heading.

The Energy on the Floor

From the moment doors opened, the energy was different from what you'd expect at a typical tech event. People weren't just browsing. They came with questions, real ones. The volume of conversations at our stand was a reflection of something we already knew but saw confirmed in real time: companies across Latin America are at a turning point with Salesforce.

Some teams are sitting on implementations that were never set up right. Others have had the platform for years and feel like they're only using a fraction of what it can do. And a growing number came specifically asking about agents — what they are, what they can actually automate, and whether they're ready to deploy.

We had meaningful conversations on all three fronts.

What People Were Actually Asking About

Three themes kept coming up throughout the day:

"We have Salesforce, but it's not working the way it should."A lot of companies in the room were dealing with messy implementations, processes that were rushed, configurations that didn't fit their actual workflows, or platforms that had grown without a real architecture behind them. They weren't looking for a sales pitch. They wanted someone who could come in, understand the problem, and fix it properly.

"We know we're not getting the most out of it." Beyond broken setups, there's a huge gap between what companies have and what they're actually using. Adoption issues, underutilized features, teams that never got proper training. The appetite to close that gap was real.

"Tell us about Agentforce." This was the conversation of the day. Interest in AI agents wasn't theoretical, people wanted to understand what's actually deployable now, what use cases make sense for their business, and how to get started without getting burned by hype.

Key Takeaway

The LATAM market is not behind. If anything, the urgency we felt in those conversations suggests companies are actively looking for trusted partners to help them move faster, not just implement, but transform.

For Hikko, that's exactly the space we operate in. We've been doing this since 2013. We know what a good Salesforce implementation looks like, and we know what happens when it goes wrong. Events like this remind us why that experience matters.

The Part No Algorithm Can Replicate

For all the talk about AI agents and automation, the moment that stuck with us most from the day was deeply, almost stubbornly human.

Two members of the Volkswagen team stopped by our stand. We talked — really talked. Not a pitch, not a demo. Just a genuine conversation about where they were, what they were trying to solve, and how we could help. By the end, they were smiling. We sent them off with Starbucks gift cards as a small thank-you for their time.

They came back to ask for a selfie.

That's the thing about events like this. The technology on stage is impressive, and the roadmap for Agentforce is genuinely exciting. But what moves people — what actually builds trust — is still the same as it's always been: showing up, paying attention, and making someone feel like their problem matters to you.

We'll keep automating what should be automated. But we're not giving up the human part anytime soon.

More events coming. More conversations to be had. If you were there and we didn't get a chance to talk, reach out, we're still very much in the room.
