Salesforce + Claude Partner: The Dual-Partner Advantage
Salesforce is now built on Claude, and Hikko is a partner to both. That means one team tuning the AI and the platform together — for safer, faster Agentforce rollouts and a single accountable partner instead of two vendors.

When your Salesforce partner is also a Claude partner
For more than a decade, choosing a Salesforce implementation partner meant choosing a team that could design your data model, configure your clouds, and get your people to actually use the platform. That still matters. But the ground has shifted. CRM is becoming agentic, software that reasons, plans, and acts on your behalf, and the quality of that experience now depends as much on the AI model underneath it as on the configuration on top. At Hikko, we've spent thirteen years as a Salesforce partner. We're now also a member of the Anthropic Claude Partner Network. This piece is about why that combination changes what we can do for the companies we serve.
The CRM you know is becoming agentic
At Dreamforce 2025, Salesforce introduced Agentforce 360, a platform built to connect people and AI agents inside one trusted system. These agents don't just draft text, they retrieve the right data, plan multi-step actions, and execute them within your guardrails. Salesforce reports early results like 66% autonomous case resolution and 1.8x higher lead conversion where agents are deployed well. The agentic enterprise is no longer a roadmap slide; it's shipping.
The catch is that an autonomous agent is only as trustworthy as the model reasoning behind it. Get the model wrong and you inherit its blind spots, its hallucinations, and its data-handling risk, at machine speed, across every customer interaction. That is precisely where the model layer stops being a technical footnote and becomes a business decision.
Two partnerships that now point in the same direction
In October 2025, Anthropic and Salesforce expanded their partnership, making Claude a foundational model for Agentforce 360. Notably, Claude became the first LLM fully integrated within the Salesforce trust boundary, its traffic contained inside the Salesforce virtual private cloud, with dedicated solutions for regulated industries like financial services, healthcare, and life sciences.
Around the same time, Anthropic launched the Claude Partner Network, backed by a $100M investment in the firms that help enterprises put Claude into production, later adding a Services Track and Partner Hub so buyers can find vetted implementation partners. Hikko is one of them. So the two ecosystems we live in — Salesforce and Anthropic — are now converging on the same architecture, and we sit at the intersection.
Why the combination helps clients more than either alone
A Salesforce partner without deep model fluency can stand up Agentforce, but tends to treat the AI as a black box, turn it on, hope it behaves. An AI consultancy without Salesforce depth can reason about models but doesn't know your objects, your automations, or the thirteen years of process debt hiding in your org. The dual partner closes that gap. We tune the agent and the platform together, as one system.
What that looks like in practice
- Model-aware solution design — we choose where Claude reasons, where deterministic Salesforce automation should stay in charge, and where a human belongs in the loop, instead of pointing an LLM at everything.
- Trust and compliance built in — because Claude now runs inside the Salesforce trust boundary, we can design agents for regulated workflows without exporting sensitive data to a third-party model.
- Faster, safer rollout — a poorly scoped implementation wastes an average of $1.8M in rework; pairing certified Salesforce delivery with Claude expertise reduces the guesswork on both sides.
- Grounded automation — we connect agents to Data 360 so Claude reasons over your real, unified customer data rather than generic prompts.
The Hikko case
Hikko has been a Salesforce partner since 2013, a certified B Corp, and an AppExchange partner, delivering Sales, Service, Experience, Field Service, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce implementations for US & LATAM mid-market and enterprise clients. Our model pairs a New York HQ with nearshore LATAM delivery teams — top regional talent at competitive rates. Adding membership in the Claude Partner Network wasn't a rebrand; it formalized how we already work. Our production AI stack is Anthropic-first, and AI transformation is a core service line alongside implementation and staff augmentation.
For our clients, the practical upshot is simple: the same team that knows your Salesforce org inside and out is also certified in the model now powering its agents. You don't coordinate two vendors, translate between them, or hope they agree. You get one accountable partner for the whole agentic system — platform and intelligence, designed together.
Where to start
If you're evaluating Agentforce, the highest-leverage first move is a focused discovery: pick one workflow where an agent can safely own real work, define the guardrails, and measure it. We scope that as discovery — never as a free add-on — because doing it properly is what separates an agent you trust from a demo you don't. Reach out to the Hikko team to map your first agentic use case.
