Claudeforce Just Launched but Hikko Has Been Ready Since Day One

Salesforce and Anthropic just launched Claudeforce, making Claude the reasoning engine at the core of the #1 AI CRM. Hikko saw it coming: we joined the Anthropic Claude Partner Network in early 2026 (among the first consultancies in Latin America) and built an Anthropic-first stack ahead of the curve. Here's what Claudeforce changes for enterprise teams, and why a LATAM-first Anthropic partner is the one you want on this.

On August 26, 2026, Salesforce and Anthropic announced Claudeforce: a partnership that puts Claude, Anthropic's frontier AI, at the core of the world's #1 AI CRM. For much of the market, it's a wake-up call to finally get serious about enterprise AI. For Hikko, it's confirmation of a bet we placed months ago.

Earlier this year, Hikko joined the Anthropic Claude Partner Network, becoming one of the first Salesforce consultancies in Latin America to do so. So when "the #1 AI meets the #1 AI CRM," we're not scrambling to catch up. We've been building on this exact stack all along. Here's what Claudeforce changes, and why being an Anthropic partner with deep LATAM roots is exactly who you want in your corner right now.

What Salesforce and Anthropic just announced

Claudeforce connects Claude and Salesforce in both directions, and it's more than a rebrand of an integration.

Salesforce in Claude launches with 37 prebuilt sales skills, letting teams review live revenue context and deal health, automate pipeline updates, prepare for meetings, and take governed actions, all from inside Claude, with dashboards that pull live data from Salesforce and Slack.

Claude in Salesforce is the deeper shift. Claude becomes the default reasoning model behind Agentforce's Atlas Reasoning Engine, the backbone for Agentforce Vibes and Agentforce Coworker, and an option inside Agent Builder. Critically for regulated businesses, Claude runs through Amazon Bedrock within the Salesforce Trust Boundary, so financial services, healthcare, and life sciences teams get frontier AI without their data ever leaving a governed environment. Claude also becomes the default model across Slack, powering Slackbot, Claude Tag, and Slack Code.

Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff described it as fusing Claude's reasoning with trusted enterprise systems to create "a dynamic interface that thinks, reasons, and acts." Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei framed it as bringing "frontier intelligence into the systems where much of the world's commercial activity happens." Select pilots are live now, with an open beta expected in September 2026 and more prebuilt skills arriving late in the year.

The headline takeaway: Claude is no longer one AI option among many inside Salesforce. It's becoming the reasoning engine.

Hikko saw this coming, and became an Anthropic partner early

Hikko has been a Salesforce partner since 2013 and a certified B Corp, with a track record spanning organizations like the Milken Institute and the American Institute of Architects. But the reason today's news feels less like a surprise and more like a green light is a decision we made at the start of 2026: to go all-in on Anthropic.

When we joined the Anthropic Claude Partner Network earlier this year, we were among the first consultancies in Latin America to do it. That wasn't a marketing move. It reshaped how we build. Our production AI stack is Anthropic-first: Claude Sonnet as our default, Haiku for high-volume work, and Opus for complex multi-agent systems. We run our own internal agents on it, from a Slack-based assistant to the tooling our delivery teams use every day. In other words, we've been living inside the Salesforce-plus-Claude world before it had a name.

That head start matters now. The gap between "we've read about Agentforce" and "we've shipped governed Claude agents on Salesforce for real clients" is the gap Claudeforce just made commercially urgent for every enterprise.

Pioneers by practice: we grew with Claude before we scaled it for clients

Being early meant Hikko became its own first case study. We didn't wait to sell AI transformation: we ran it on ourselves first, integrating Claude directly into our Salesforce environment and our commercial workflows, from pipeline and deal management to the day-to-day of our sales operations.

The result: we grew our own sales excellence capacity by 200% using Claude and Salesforce together, the same team, delivering dramatically more output and higher quality across the sales cycle. That's not a projection from a vendor deck; it's the transformation we lived internally before bringing it to anyone else.

That's exactly the playbook we now run with clients. We help them get on board quickly and, above all, grow their sales practice, weaving Claude and Salesforce into the real motions of a revenue team rather than bolting a chatbot onto the side. We grew by implementing; now we help our clients grow the same way.

What Claudeforce means for our clients

For the companies Hikko works with (primarily US mid-market and enterprise organizations), Claudeforce collapses a long roadmap into something available today.

It means AI that can actually reason over your CRM data, not just autocomplete it. It means agents inside Agentforce that summarize portfolios, flag regulatory changes, prepare account plans, and take action against live Salesforce records. And for regulated industries, it means all of that happens inside the Salesforce Trust Boundary, where governance and auditability are built in rather than bolted on, a lens Hikko applies to every engagement.

The technology is only half the equation. Our house view is that innovation = new technology + new process: neither delivers value alone. Claudeforce is the new technology; the process of mapping it to your workflows, data model, and controls is where results are won or lost. That's the work we do.

Why a LATAM-first partner is an advantage

Hikko is headquartered in New York, but our delivery engine runs on nearshore talent across Uruguay, Argentina, Mexico, and Colombia. That's not a cost story: it's a top LATAM talent at competitive rates story, in real-time-zone overlap with US clients.

Being among the first Anthropic partners in the region means we've had a running start on the exact capabilities the rest of the market is now racing to build. When your Agentforce implementation needs people who've already deployed Claude-powered agents in production, not people learning on your budget, that early investment becomes your advantage.

The bottom line

Claudeforce marks the moment enterprise AI and enterprise CRM truly converged. Hikko didn't wait for the announcement to prepare for it: we became an Anthropic partner in early 2026, built our stack around Claude, and brought that capability to Latin America ahead of the curve.
