Salesforce Developer - OmniStudio

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with strong hands on experience building, customizing, and supporting solutions across the Salesforce platform, as well as practical experience with Salesforce OmniStudio.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable solutions.

- Translate business and technical requirements into effective implementations.

- Develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.

- Build and maintain declarative automation using Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and other platform tools.

- Develop and configure OmniStudio solutions using OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors / Data Mappers.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration patterns.

- Participate in technical design discussions and recommend scalable solutions based on Salesforce best practices.

- Collaborate with Architects, Consultants, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.

- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce development standards, security guidelines, and platform limits.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.

- Solid experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, and REST/SOAP APIs.

- Hands on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio and its core components.

- Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, sharing, permissions, and governor limits.

- Experience with integrations between Salesforce and external systems.

- Experience with source control and deployment processes, preferably using Git, Salesforce CLI, CI/CD, Gearset, Copado, or similar tools.

- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and evaluate different implementation approaches.

- Understanding of Salesforce development best practices, scalability, performance, and maintainability.

- Strong communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Salesforce Industries / Vlocity.

- Knowledge of Industries CPQ, product catalog, product configuration, bundles, or pricing functionality.

- Experience with Financial Services Cloud or projects within the Financial Services industry.

- Experience with additional Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service, or Revenue Cloud / CPQ.

- Salesforce Developer and/or OmniStudio certifications.

- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

- Familiarity with data migration, asynchronous processing, platform events, and large-volume data considerations.
