Business Analyst II

We're looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst II with intermediate-level experience to work directly with clients and internal stakeholders, identifying, analyzing, and documenting business requirements within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role takes on projects of greater complexity, operating with a strong degree of autonomy, making key decisions on configuration and advanced customization, and contributing to process automation and data analysis efforts.

What You'll Do

Partner with clients and stakeholders to identify and document business requirements within Salesforce. Lead client meetings and discovery workshops to surface critical requirements. Create and maintain functional and technical documentation, including Salesforce customizations. Test and validate proposed Salesforce solutions against client expectations. Serve as the liaison between technical Salesforce teams and business teams. Identify opportunities to automate and improve business processes using Salesforce capabilities. Support and mentor Business Analyst I team members.

What We're Looking For

Intermediate-level experience as a Business Analyst within the Salesforce ecosystem, with proven ability to work autonomously on projects of moderate to high complexity. Strong requirements-gathering and documentation skills, both functional and technical. Experience leading client-facing meetings and discovery sessions. Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration and advanced customization. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to translate business needs into effective solutions. Excellent communication skills, comfortable bridging technical and business teams. Adaptability to shifting requirements and project priorities. Strong teamwork skills across different stakeholders.
