Salesforce Developer - Tiger Team Pod

You’ll be a hands-on Salesforce developer embedded in a Tiger Team Pod, focused on

rapid delivery, production stability, and fast issue resolution. You will actively use

Copado AI to assist with code generation, troubleshooting, and solution design,

enabling faster, higher-quality delivery. This role blends development and problem-

solving with strong ownership from design through deployment.

What You’ll Do

- Deliver and support features end-to-end within a Tiger Team Pod

- Use Copado AI for code creation, debugging, refactoring, and impact

analysis

- Triage and resolve production issues quickly and safely

- Debug Apex, Flows, LWC, and integrations using logs, Setup Audit Trail, and AI-

assisted analysis

- Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and Support during refinement and delivery

- Deploy fixes and improvements with clear communication and documentation

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years Salesforce experience (Development)

- Strong Apex and Flow debugging skills (governor limits, performance, recursion)

- Comfort using AI-assisted development tools (Copado AI or similar) to accelerate

delivery

- Solid SOQL and data troubleshooting experience

- Calm under pressure, strong ownership, clear communicator

Nice to Have

- Integration experience (REST APIs)

- LWC or Experience Cloud exposure

- Copado / CI-CD experience

- Prior Tiger Team or production-support experience
