Salesforce Business Analyst- Talent Pipeline

We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst (Marketing Cloud knowledge is a plus) to join our growing team and play a key role in consulting projects with US-based clients.
What you’ll do:
- Lead discovery sessions and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Work closely with clients to define requirements, user stories, and solution designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Support pre-sales activities, including RFP analysis, solution presentations, demos, and proposals.
- Manage assigned projects end-to-end, ensuring quality delivery and client satisfaction.
- Perform Salesforce administration and configuration tasks when needed.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Consultant.
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Flows.
- Strong client-facing skills and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience designing and delivering Salesforce solutions in consulting environments.
- Industry experience in non-profit, retail, or growth-focused professional services is a plus.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
