Salesforce Engineer- Talent Pipeline

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our growing team and take on challenging projects with US-based clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and implement Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver technical solutions.
  • Support and maintain Salesforce platform performance, security, and functionality.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and address issues related to Salesforce implementations.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce platform basics: data model, security, and integration capabilities.
  • Basic understanding of integration protocols (REST, SOAP).
  • Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and team collaboration abilities.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (a plus).
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud Development or MuleSoft (a plus).
