Inside Sales Representative - Join Our Dynamic Team!
Position Overview:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in contributing to our company's growth by identifying and engaging prospective clients. You'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, nurturing leads, and building relationships to generate new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate and qualify leads
- Manage inbounds leads and their qualification
- Research and identify key decision-makers and potential clients within target industries and verticals.
- Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges and present our IT solutions effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate outreach efforts and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and opportunities in our CRM system.
- Continuously learn about our products, services, and industry trends to articulate value propositions to prospects effectively.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 + years of experience in business development/ inside sales
- Professional Services sales experience is a plus.
- Advanced English. Written and verbal communication.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
