Project Manager @ - Semi Senior - (High)

We are looking for a decisive, dynamic and team player person, with great organizational skills and with attention to detail, to carry out the role of Project Manager.

The PM will be responsible for the planning and organization of different projects, managing, supervising and assuring the achievement of the objectives, complying with the estimated times and optimizing all the resources.

Fluid communication with customers, team leaders and all teammates will be essential.

Activities

• Task´s management, description of activities, estimation and deadlines.
• Long-term planning of the assigned project.
• Continuous motivation for the team in charge.
• Lead the teamwork to achieve objectives.
• Measurement and management of risks, times and costs.
• Report to the directors to give knowledge of the status of the assigned projects.
• Recovery Project, project realignment plans.
• Writing Business Use Cases, based on negotiations with clients.

Requirements

• +2 years of project management experience
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• It is a plus to have experience in Salesforce and certification in Scrum Master.
