Administration @Staffing - Semi Senior - (High)

Activities

  • Be the primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment
  • Gather request from the client and solve their inquiries
  • Handle day to day maintenance and requests for the CRM platform
  • Set up Salesforce business requirements and configuration including: Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, user management, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, dashboards and reports
  • User and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups
  • Ensure users have the appropriate access to perform their job duties
  • Maintain the database and overall cleanliness
  • Create and manage custom field / objects, record types, data validation, page layouts
  • Perform testing activities to ensure development work meets user requirements
  • Work effectively in a collaborative work environment
  • Provide analysis when requested including dashboards and specialized reports
  • Conduct user training sessions
  • Register documentation when needed

Skills we are looking for

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Salesforce admin
  • English: Full professional proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Process-oriented
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
