Administration @Staffing - Semi Senior - (High)
Activities
- Be the primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment
- Gather request from the client and solve their inquiries
- Handle day to day maintenance and requests for the CRM platform
- Set up Salesforce business requirements and configuration including: Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, user management, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, dashboards and reports
- User and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups
- Ensure users have the appropriate access to perform their job duties
- Maintain the database and overall cleanliness
- Create and manage custom field / objects, record types, data validation, page layouts
- Perform testing activities to ensure development work meets user requirements
- Work effectively in a collaborative work environment
- Provide analysis when requested including dashboards and specialized reports
- Conduct user training sessions
- Register documentation when needed
Skills we are looking for
- 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Salesforce admin
- English: Full professional proficiency (written and spoken).
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Process-oriented
- High attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
