Activities

• Meet with clients to identify challenges or issues within their systems.
• Understand the technical needs of the client and communicate them to the Team Lead and Developers.
• Create recommendations and solutions based on the client’s requirements, capabilities and limitations.
• Collect customer business information through a series of methodologies such as interviews, surveys, reports.
• Provide support to Project Managers for the generation of business use cases.
• Collaborate with the training of the client in the use of the Salesforce product/technology.
• Work with the development team to generate effort estimates.
• Develop activities related to configurations within the client’s Salesforce org.
